At the end of the License you will be asked to accept this License. By downloading, copying, playing, or otherwise using the Audio Content, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License. The licensee is afforded the knowledge that the journalists or news editors of RaeDioNews Broadcasting are experienced broadcasters with major market experience exceeding ten years. To the best of their ability they will employ at all times their best journalistic judgment in writing and voicing news stories and confirming validity of stories with at least two independent sources. This License includes terms that disclaim all warranties and liability of RaeDioNews Broadcasting with respect to the Audio Content. To the full extent allowed by law, YOU HEREBY RELEASE RaeDioNews Broadcasting AND ITS SUPPLIERS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ALL CLAIMS CONCERNING THE AUDIO CONTENT OR ITS USE. If you do not wish to accept the Audio Content under the terms of this License, do not download any Audio Content. No refund will be made because the Audio Content is provided to you at no charge.

6. SUPPORT AND UPDATES. This license does not entitle you to support, telephone assistance, enhancements or updates.

7. EXPORT CONTROL. You may not export, ship, transmit or re-export the Audio Content in violation of any applicable law or regulation including, without limitations, the Export Administration Regulations issued by the United States Department of Commerce and Canada Commercial Relations.

8. UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The Audio Content is provided to the United States Government only with restricted rights. 9. APPLICABLE LAW. This License is governed by the laws of the United States and Canada.
